UMCH has been responding to the needs of the community’s children and families since originating as an orphanage in 1911.  Many children were adopted in our earlier years.  We’ve received so much interest about adoption in the past few years that a full-time Adoption Coordinator is on staff to handle all inquiries and to guide UMCH clients through the Adoption process.
