Treatment foster parents provide temporary and loving homes. These parents are trained to nurture children who are often survivors of abuse or neglect. Foster parents receive comprehensive training and continual support as active members of the child's care team. Biological families are included in the child's treatment whenever possible. UMCH's treatment approach focuses on each child's unique strengths and needs.
