CONTRACT POSITION – LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER/COUNSELOR FOR OUTPATIENT SERVICES/UP TO $55 PER HOUR

Position Summary

The clinician will work in an Integrated Care Community as a partner with schools, pediatricians and others to provide a therapeutic web for their clients. UMCH Family Services is seeking a full-time licensed social worker or counselor specializing in mental health to be part of our team with a trauma-informed focus. Position Summary

Provide counseling and CPST to families and their children in the home, school, and community. Work with a small caseload in order to engage the family and the child/youth in counseling and intervention services multiple times during the week. The therapist will conduct mental health assessments with diagnosis, develop and implement treatment plans and document services delivered. LICENSING SPECIALIST – FOSTER CARE

UMCH Family Services is seeking a licensed child welfare professional to be part of our Treatment Foster Care Program.  Individual takes primary responsibility license foster homes. In collaboration with the rest of the service team the Licensing Specialist is responsible for providing ongoing licensing support to agency foster homes. Visit our website at:  www.umchohio.org 

Position Summary

The Licensing Specialist is responsible for the licensing of new foster homes, and the recertification and retention of existing homes per ODJFS regulations. Employee is responsible for the oversight of all UMCH foster homes to ensure compliance with ODJFS regulations and UMCH policies and procedures. He or she also acts as a consultant for ensuring that agency personnel also comply with ODJFS regulations and UMCH policies and procedures. The Licensing Specialist has responsibility to oversee the adoption assessor contractors completing Foster care and Adoption home studies.

Continuing Education

  • Initial and/or update Adoption Assessor Training
